What is Gravity Forms Connector?
Gravity Forms Connector is a Looker Studio connector that helps to connect Looker Studio with Zoho CRM and use it as a data source in Looker Studio.
Gravity Forms Connector turns your data into informative dashboards and reports that are easy to read, easy to share, and fully customizable.
What is Gravity Forms?
Gravity Forms is a premium WordPress plugin that lets you create forms to place on your website. With this plugin, you can add contact forms, quizzes, and surveys to your website with ease.
How does it work?
Step 1: Choose the “Gravity Forms” connector by Jivrus Technologies from Looker Studio Partner Gallery.
Step 2: Click on the 'AUTHORIZE' button for authorizing your Google account.
Step 3: Enter all credentials and click on Submit button.
Steps to get Credentials :
Here is an example of getting credentials for Gravity Form's demo account.
Login to Gravity Forms, there you will see “Test drive the Gravity Forms Demo”. Click on that link.
Fill all the required details and go with “I'm Ready. Let's Build Some Forms” option.
In the top-right corner, you will see your profile option, which is created. Click on that option.
It will take you to the dashboard.
There go to Users and select the Profile option.
You can see Website. Use Website value as Path value in Gravity Forms connector authorization.
In the dashboard, on the left sidebar, go with the “Forms” option.
Then select the “Settings” option in that.
In the settings, click on the “REST API” option.
In REST API settings, enable the “Enable access to the API” option.
Then click on “Add Key”.
To add a new key, give all required details with permission as Read and click on the “Add” button.
You will get consumer_key and consumer_secret. Copy those credentials and use them, as consumer_key as username and consumer_secret as password respectively in Gravity Forms connector authorization.
After adding the key, ensure to click on the “Update” button. It will update all the details.
After completing all the steps, enter Path as Website, Username as consumer_key, and Password as consumer_secret, and click on the Submit button
Step 4: Select the Form, from which you want to see a response.
Step 8: The available fields from the Object are listed.
Step 9: Use this as a data source and continue normally with designing your report in Looker Studio.
Step 10: Click on the 'Create Report' button.
Step 11: You can customize the dashboard as you want.
