"UrlFetch" service error is from Google Service. Looker Studio Connectors use the UrlFetch service to get data by sending requests through Url.
Google service provides a maximum of 20k UrlFetch requests per day. If the Url requests exceed the daily limit, it will give this error. For more information about the Google service, you can visit the official document of Google here https://developers.google.com/apps-script/guides/services/quotas.
And on the next day, it will work fine as you get a new daily quota from Google.

How to fix the “Bad Request 400 or Too many redirects” error?
The issue is caused due to various reasons stated in the following:
Browser cookies and cache issues. The presence of corrupted cookies and an outdated cache may result in a redirection loop that ultimately leads to the ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS.
Issues with third-party services and plugins. The utilization of outdated plugins and improperly configured third-party services, such as content delivery networks (CDN), can lead to issues related to excessive redirects.
In OAuth2 Flow, if user generated too many auth token, then the server is unable to generated new auth tokens.
User is trying to authorize from a different account from the default account in the looker studio.
Solution:
Clear Browser cache. Clearing the browser will delete the corrupted cookies.
Remove unnecessary, a third party plugin. Removing third party plugin will prevent interference.
Revoke access from application. Revoking the access allows the application to generate new access tokens.
Login with the default account. Login with default account or same account that is logged in the locker studio.
